Carmela a graduate of Montreat College earning her MBA, works in both the construction field and real estate. Carmela's gets her passion for real estate from her father who is a builder and developer. After working with her father she decided to turn her passion into a career and become a licensed real estate agent.

Carmela's expertise in real estate coupled with her innovative approach allowed her to expand her services to include land development. Carmela takes pride in being part of the development of the local community and helping people find their dream homes or investment properties.

Jennifer Proctor, Project Coordinator

Jennifer has excelled in managing large-scale residential projects, from design development to project completion. Her attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, has helped her establish strong relationships and collaborations with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Her roles as a home building project coordinator include overseeing the budget, timeline, quality control, and approving change orders. Besides her technical expertise, She also possesses design and creative flair. She enjoys exploring and incorporating new design concepts and materials while ensuring they align with clients’ preferences and budget restrictions.

Jennifer believes in giving her best and investing her time and expertise in every project she works on. Her meticulous work ensures that every home project she undertakes is delivered with a high level of excellence, within timelines, and budget.

Jennifer is married to her childhood sweetheart and together they have 3 kids. In her spare time you can find her at the barn riding her horse Scout or on the warm Pensacola Beach sand.

Kross Robinson, Project Manager

As a child, baseball was always at the forefront of Kross's mind. He spent countless hours on the diamond, honing his craft, and dreaming of playing at the college level. After years of hard work, he accomplished that goal and became a standout player for his university team.

But after college, he found himself at a crossroads. While he had a passion for the game, he wasn't sure if a career in baseball was the right path for him. Instead, he decided to pursue a new passion that had been brewing within him for years: home building.

He started from scratch, learning the ins and outs of the construction industry and working tirelessly to develop his skills. His hard work paid off, and soon he was helping create beautiful homes that left his clients raving.

Despite his success in a new industry, his love for baseball never waned. He continued to play pickup games with friends and even got involved with coaching a local youth team in his spare time. Through his experiences, this college baseball player turned project manager has learned the value of hard work, dedication, and passion. He has found success in two vastly different industries and knows that with the right mindset and drive, anyone can accomplish their dreams.

Trenton Hensley/ Heavy Equipment Operator

Trenton can be found on the job site at any time he loves to work with his dad building houses. Trenton has always been fascinated by how houses are constructed and the different tools used in the process. He spends most of his weekends with his dad at construction sites, where he learns about the various stages involved in building a house. He enjoys watching the framing, roofing, and all the little details that go into making a house a home.

Trenton takes great pride in helping his dad, whether it's handing him tools, measuring and cutting wood, or cleaning up. He is always eager to learn new skills and techniques and is always up for a challenge. Even when things get tough, he never gives up and is always willing to put in the hard work. Aside from building houses, Trenton has a passion for baseball and plays on a travel team.

He believes that with hard work, dedication, and a passion for what he does, he can achieve anything he sets his mind to. Trenton is an inspiration to those around him, and his work ethic and determination are something to be admired.
